The facts without the fluff
This hotel offers spacious rooms and a friendly staff that genuinely tries to accommodate requests. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, although cleanliness in the dining area sometimes falls short. Sadly, several amenities like the pool were out of service during our stay, which was disappointing.

The spacious two-bedroom suite offered a full kitchen and comfortable seating area, perfect for family gatherings. The proximity to shopping and restaurants made it easy to grab a bite or go exploring.
Unfortunately, the hotel shows signs of wear and tear, with some rooms needing serious updates and maintenance—like the elevator that didn't work during my stay. I found hairs in the bathroom and the room's cleanliness to be below par, which made me wonder about the overall housekeeping practices. The hot tub was out of service, which was a big letdown since it was advertised as an amenity. Additionally, the noise from other guests disrupted my peace a few times, so if you need quiet, you might want to bring earplugs.

Awesome for Groups!
We just spent 2 nights here, and it was great! Our Queen Studio was super spacious, and the staff was so helpful. Breakfast was delicious too – a solid way to save some cash for our group. The picnic area was a nice touch, but one of the elevators was out of service, which was a bit of a hassle during busy times.

We had an awesome time with friends! The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our group, and we loved visiting nearby John Ball Zoo and Millennium Park. The gym was great for early morning workouts, and the staff was super friendly. Heads up for future visitors, breakfast was a hit, so don’t miss it!
The only downside was the barking dogs in the breakfast room, which was quite distracting during our meal.
